What makes a photo work for animation
The model needs to understand the subject's silhouette and pose. A full-body or three-quarter image is usually a better starting point than a close crop, especially when the motion includes the hips or legs.
Keep important features unobstructed and choose a background with enough contrast from the subject.
- Visible subject from head to hips or feet
- Good lighting and moderate contrast
- A natural, stable pose
Use templates to control the result
A template gives the generator a repeatable motion target. If the first output does not fit the source image, try a different framing or a lower-intensity motion instead of repeatedly using the same setup.
The workflow
Select a photo
Use an original image or one you have permission to transform.
Match the framing
Choose a template that leaves enough room around the visible body position.
Create the clip
Generate, review, and download the result from your task workspace.
Frequently asked questions
Can I turn a portrait into a twerk video?
Three-quarter and full-body portraits usually provide more useful motion context than a tightly cropped face photo.
Why did the output look unstable?
Try a clearer source, reduce background clutter, and choose a template that better matches the image framing.
What file do I receive?
Completed generations are available as downloadable video output in the editor.
